Where do I even begin? I absolutely love this property! We faced a tiny hiccup upon check-in. The property hadn't responded to any of our messages via booking.com for over a week prior to arriving at the property so our requirements weren't met initially. We had requested for rooms close to each other - 1 twin and 1 king size room. There were two events taking place at the property so the hotel was almost sold out. However, the duty manager arranged for our rooms and upgraded them as well. We met the Executive Chef who showed us around the property. He was a GREAT person to meet. He was so kind, warm, funny and helpful. We were invited for dinner and I have to say, it was one of the BEST meals of my life. The food was OUTSTANDING. Both chefs from the Asian & Indian restaurant cooked us a sumptuous meal. They only had 1.5 hours to prepare and did an excellent job. Food kept coming to our table and every dish we had was simply amazing! It makes such a big difference when people cook food out of passion versus simply as a job. You could tell the passion and love in every single dish. The staff at the restaurant served us throughout. They were super nice as well. We really liked the ballroom space, pre-event space and lawn too. It's perfect for a wedding. The entrance is being renovated so looking forward to seeing that soon. When we entered the property late evening, we didn't have a great first impression. However, it looks really nice in the day. The outside of the hotel might not give a wow impression but the hotel is very well-maintained and overall no complaints. The breakfast spread, quality of food and chef in the morning - ALL marvelous. We found the room rates slightly over priced initially but after staying at this property, I honestly don't think I'd stay anywhere else when I visit Chandigarh again. I truly recommend this hotel 11/10.

Thanks to Mr Rajnish manager at theCafe@JW and his team for looking after each and everything perfectly at the time of dinning in such a well mannered way.Thanks to Chef Amit and Pappu Arya for showing great hospitality and serving delicious dishes and taking care of everything.Thanks to Mr. Anurag for serving dinner at room with proper care. Thanks to House keeping staff Mr.Akash,Ms.Kranti and Mr.Balwant for keeping our room spotless clean and well decorated/organised for whole 12days during our stay. We were really pleased with that. Thanks to front desk reception staff for cheerful welcome and lovely see off at the time of leaving. Hope to visit more frequently at JW Marriott Chandigarh in coming years after getting such a great hospitality by each and every staff member.

Service at the restaurants is great. Special thanks to Hardik and Deepak for looking after our breakfast and dinner at JW. Hardik especially made sure we tried hotel cuisines and enjoyed the meals. Arnav from front desk helped us sort out some payment issue regarding pre authorisation amount which was resolved. Arnav called and kept in touch with us regarding our issue. Overall a great stay and great service. We will definitely go back again.

The friendly and attentive staff was the highlight of my stay - right from the reception to housekeeping to the restaurants.... everyone made a concious effort to make me feel welcome and make my stay comfortable. I must make a special mention of the housekeeping staff, Subal, who left a handwritten note for me, inviting me to reach out in case I needed anything else to be taken care of. That was very thoughtful and sweet !

I have stayed at this property multiple times when visiting the city and continue to receive superb service Special mention to the concierge team, Vishal, Harpreet continue to provide excellent service.
